Celebrating International Literacy Day, Sept 8

"Since 1967, International Literacy Day (ILD) celebrations have taken place annually around the world to remind the public of the importance of literacy as a matter of dignity and human rights, and to advance the literacy agenda towards a more literate and sustainable society." - UNESCO
As a supporter of LVCA, we thank you for your commitment to literacy in our community.
You can celebrate International Literacy Day on September 8 by continuing to support LVCA's mission. Please help spread the word about our programs and the students we serve. Financial contributions are also always appreciated. Please donate if you can.

This is our first student achievement awards since 2019, and we are thrilled to be able to celebrate our students again. Please save the date to celebrate our wonderful students and 40th anniversary with us. Light refreshments will be served. More details to come soon.

COVID Reminders: Stay Safe!

With the rise of COVID in our community, we wanted to take a moment to remind everyone to be aware and stay safe. Our office will continue to follow the CDC for isolation and precaution recommendations. We have hung a CDC Isolation Guide  in each tutoring room for reference. Consider reviewing this with your student.
Additionally, we have hand sanitizer throughout the office, including in each tutoring room. Masks are available on the first floor.
