UO EVENTS
  • Come by the Fall ASUO Street Faire to spot cool finds and pick up some good food. The street faire goes through 6:00 p.m. tonight on 13th Avenue at the edge of campus and will be back Friday, Oct. 18, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
  • Practice your jump shot before the 3v3 Basketball Tournament on Friday, Oct. 18, 12:30–2:30 p.m. at the Knight Law Center’s outdoor basketball court. Fill out the form and submit a $10 fee to participate, or just watch the games.

INTRODUCING DUCKS ON TRACK
  • Track your progress toward your degree throughout your time at the UO with the new online tool Ducks on Track
  • Access the tool directly through your DuckWeb account to plan for and consider different majors and minors.
  • Watch the “how to” video for step-by-step guidance on using the tool. 
  • Academic advisors can also assist you with using Ducks on Track and answering questions.
TALKS AND WORKSHOPS
  • Don’t miss the Traditional Ecological Knowledge and Indigenous Foods presentation, acorn cooking demonstration, and hands-on activities on Sunday, Oct. 20, 11:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. beginning at the Museum of Natural and Cultural History. Free to attend.
  • Get insights from leaders in the food and beverage industry while enjoying pizza at Industry Bites on Wednesday, Oct. 23, 4:00–4:45 p.m. in 125 Chiles Business Center. Register to attend.
  • Enjoy a poetry reading from poet, educator, and editor Thea Matthews on Wednesday, Oct. 23, at 4:30 p.m. in the Knight Library Browsing Room. Free to attend.
HEALTH AND WELLNESS
  • Hang out with dogs and goats, attend a cooking class, practice meditation, and find more activities during Healthy Campus Week
  • Sign up to be notified via text message when there is leftover, free food available on campus, courtesy of the Ducks Leftover Textover program.
