Hello GFH Resident!
We have launched the new TritonPay, which is where you can view and pay your rent.
As a reminder, rent autopay is an option that is available to all GFH residents in the new TritonPay. Payments will be scheduled and deducted from the payment method specified (e-check, debit card, or credit card) on the 6th day of each month. If you want to take advantage of autopay for this month, be sure to sign up before August 6th. A record of each payment will be posted to the payer’s account. GFH residents will also be able to specify how many months they would like to set up the autopay for (default is 12 months).
To sign up for autopay, follow the instructions below:
- Log into the new TritonPay.
- Click on “Auto Pay” in the left hand navigation.
- Click on “Sign Up” in the “Rent Auto Pay” box.
- Enter the number of payments you would like to make as an autopayment.
- Review the "Auto Pay Terms and Conditions."
- Agree to the "Terms and Conditions" and click "Continue."

Select the “Payment method” you would like to use for each payment and click “Continue.”
- Please note any service fees associated with the payment method selected.
- Review information and click “Complete.”
Please note: It is the responsibility of the resident to ensure adequate funds are available before the autopay occurs each month. If a payment is declined or dishonored, the account will be assessed a $35 returned check fee and UC San Diego reserves the right to cancel the autopay.
