Self-Compassion and Reflecting on Your Achievements

As you head into Week 9, it makes sense to have finals week and the end of the quarter on your mind. However, the many deadlines and exams that occur in Weeks 9 and 10 can cause stress and other negative feelings to rise. That is why it is so important to practice self-care this week, and that includes practicing self-compassion:

Art Therapy Open Studio is a self-directed community space for people to spend time doing creative activities they enjoy, such as writing and art-making, while also being able to socialize or take a breather.
Open studio allows individuals to express their feelings and thoughts through a creative and therapeutic process because sometimes words are not enough. Join every Thursday, from 2:00 – 4:30 PM at the Student Wellness Center Room 1058 B.
