| Prioritizing Health Promotes Positive Mental Well-Being |

Mental Health Awareness Month has been observed in the United States every May since 1949. In honor of CATCH’s diverse communities of youth, educators, families, and public health professionals across the globe, we extend our deepest gratitude to our partners for their important efforts focused on whole child wellness. We honor your journey and invite you to watch our video. Let the lives of the CATCH community inspire you as they share what being healthy looks like to them.

Mental Health Education Resources & Professional Development |
No-cost opportunity to 115 California educators |
Our long-standing partnership with the Delta Dental Community Care Foundation has been centered around addressing important children’s health issues with sustainable solutions. We thank the Foundation for their grant award to support us in providing mental health education resources and professional development to 115 California middle school educators during the 2024-2025 school year.
This important initiative reflects our focus to equip educators with high-quality whole child wellness programs that also support requirements of passed legislation, such as California’s Senate Bill 224, which mandates middle or high school health education courses to include mental health education. We encourage California educators, county offices of education, and community organizations to learn more about this opportunity before this school year comes to a close.
