Dear RVR Homeowners,
I’m pleased to announce that RVR homeowner Carl Hostetter has agreed to serve as
Interim General Manager at RVR. He will begin on Tuesday, Sept. 28.
Some of you may recognize Carl’s name. He’s on the Board at The Boundary sub-association, where he serves as Treasurer.
Now retired, Carl had a long and distinguished career in commercial and private
banking at Wilmington Trust Co. in Delaware. He was a Managing Director in the bank’s
Wealth Advisory Services group
Carl works tirelessly to add value to the communities where he lives. He was Treasurer
of the Elk Run Single Family HOA in Basalt. In addition to providing budget and
governing documents oversight, Carl coordinated the community’s common area
maintenance and worked with the Town of Basalt to bring the community’s outdated
irrigation system into compliance.
Carl is looking forward to doing whatever’s necessary to ensure continuity in RVR
operations. He has agreed to fill in at the Ranch House while we search for a
permanent replacement for former General Manager Sterling Page. Sterling resigned
Thank you, in advance, for your support and patience during this transition
