  • Transfer Student Appreciation Week 2024 is Oct. 21-25. If your college or office is interested in putting on a Transfer Student Appreciation Week event for students, please fill out this form so that it can be advertised in various transfer student newsletters/social media.

Reminders

  • Flu vaccinations are available for students, faculty and staff on campus via appointments and walk-in clinics! COVID-19 vaccinations are available by appointment.
  • The NC State Office of Undergraduate Courses, Curricula and Academic Standards will hold office hours every Friday for the rest of the school year at 10 a.m.
  • Check out Centennial Campus’ fall programming, including WKNC’s Local Lunch Live!
  • Counseling and Prevention Services will hold three Opioid Overdose Prevention, Education, and Naloxone Training sessions over the rest of this semester.
  • The Pride Center is collecting donations of lightly worn, freshly washed clothes for the Threads of Identity clothing swap event from now until Oct. 18. Additionally, event volunteers are needed for shifts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 23.
  • This year’s Annual Enrollment (AE) period for benefit plan enrollment is Sept. 30-Oct. 25. Choices made during the AE period will become effective Jan. 1, 2025, for the plan year Jan. 1, 2025 – Dec. 31, 2025.
  • Submissions for Creative Artist Awards in the theatre category are open now through Nov. 1. Please share this information with your students.
