Denver YMCA App Now Available
for Android Users! |
Dear Denver YMCA Member,
Good news for Android users! The new YMCA of Metro Denver app is now available in the Google Play Store. We're excited that all smartphone users can now access the app, and we appreciate your patience during the delay.
Read on for instructions on how to update the app in your Android phone and get started using the upgraded Denver Y app!

If you already set up your new Denver YMCA account for reservations through the website:

- Search "YMCA of Metro Denver" in the Google Play Store or go directly to this link.
- Select the new app with the black tile and tap Install.
- If you don't see the option to update, delete the previous Denver YMCA app with the gray tile, then download the new app with the black tile.
- Log into the app with your email address and the password you created on the website, and you're ready to experience all the new features!

If you did NOT already set up your new Denver YMCA account for reservations through the website: |

Search "YMCA of Metro Denver" in the Google Play store or directly to this link.
- Select the new app with the black tile and tap Install.

If you don't see the option to update, delete the previous Denver YMCA app with the gray tile, then download the new app with the black tile.
- Select "First time login or Forgot password."
- Enter the same email address from the YMCA Account you just set up.

You'll receive a PIN # in your email from upace@upaceapp.com. (If you don't see it in your inbox, check your junk folder.)
- Enter the PIN # in the mobile app.

Create a password. (If you don't want to remember multiple passwords, use the same password as your YMCA Account.)
- Log into the app with your email address and newly created password, and you're ready to experience all the new features!

New YMCA Members (Joined since Aug. 7): If you joined the Y on or after August 7, you may experience a slight delay as your information transitions over to our new system. Please just check in at the front desk when you arrive, and our Y team will happily assist you!
Good News on Barcodes: Your barcode to check in at the YMCA will automatically sync to the new system. Just select the green "Check-in" button at the top of the app home screen.

New technology can take a little getting used to, and you don't have to navigate the change alone! You can always come see us at the front desk or submit a request via our Contact Us form.
