Dear Eagle Nation:
As we approach another academic year ending, it is with great excitement and pride that we prepare to celebrate the culmination of our students' hard work, dedication, and achievements and the faculty and staff who helped them arrive to this point! In just three days, we will gather for the 2024 Commencement Ceremony, Friday, May 17. I have the honor of congratulating over 350 graduates as they cross the stage, marking the completion of this transformative chapter in their journey.
Commencement is a time-honored tradition that signifies the beginning of new possibilities and opportunities. It is a time for your loved ones, peers, teachers, faculty, and staff to come together to cheer you on and wish you well.
Despite the forecast of possible light precipitation, our ceremony will take place outdoors on the Physical Education Complex (PEC) field. Your comfort and safety are paramount, so we highly recommend bringing a poncho to ensure an enjoyable experience.
Now, as we eagerly anticipate this momentous occasion, I invite you get to know our soon-to-be Coppin State University alumni by watching this year's tribute to the remarkable Class of 2024.

Congratulations Eagles! Cherish every moment of this accomplishment.
