Council Governing Membership Gathers in Nashville
Every year, the Council's Fall Summit provides an opportunity for far-flung colleagues to reinforce their work, refresh their spirits, and look toward our organization’s future. This year, the message is clear: We must exert greater influence! Thirty years into the HCH movement, we know how to provide great care, we understand the social determinants of health, and we have a critical message about access to care. The Council is growing rapidly, bringing in more and more organizations and passionate members who contribute to our work and amplify our voice. This year more than 50 individuals from 42 organizations gathered to articulate the Council's five-year vision. See more photos from the Fall Summit.
