Pump House DedicationDate: Saturday, June 2

Join us for the Ken-Caryl Ranch Historical Society dedication ceremony of the Pump House, located along North Massey Draw Trail west of the Dakota Lodge. Hear of the historical functions of this Pump House built circa 1940s, and celebrate the renovation of the building led by Historical Society members Steve and Lori Kraft. Realtor Susan Schell also worked with the Krafts to create a YouTube Video about the Pump House.

Trash Service Delay This WeekThis is a reminder from the Ken-Caryl Ranch trash service provider, Waste Connections, that Memorial Day is an observed holiday. Trash and recycling for all customers will be delayed one day the week of Memorial Day.

What Happened to Adult Swim?Due to resident feedback, the Ken-Caryl Ranch Metropolitan District no longer has Adult Swim the first 15 minutes of every hour at the Ranch House and Community Center Pools. If you have any questions, contact Melissa Daruna at melissad@kcranch.org.

Manor House Parking and GateThe Manor House recently installed a gate at the entrance to Manor House Road. The gate was installed to deter after-hours vandalism and trespassing. The gate will be set to open when a car approaches between the hours of 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. daily. The Manor House is a private business that is NOT owned by Ken-Caryl Ranch. Their property also includes the entire road up to the Manor House. Please be respectful and not visit the Manor House during private events. Signage will be posted when the lot is closed. The Manor House continues to allow parking in the lot when an event is not scheduled, but please respect the usage and don’t leave trash or other items behind. When the lot is closed, residents who wish to access Manor House Trail (an Open Space trail available to Ken-Caryl Residents) are asked to park along Ken Caryl Road/North Ranch Road ( see map). Also, please be aware that you are never permitted to park on the shoulder of Manor House Road.

Ranch House Pool Closures for Swim MeetsThe Ranch House Pool will be closed the following dates for swim meets hosted by Ken-Caryl Lightning Swim Club:
Saturday, June 2: Pool will open to the public at approximately 2:30 p.m.
Friday-Saturday, June 22-23: Closed all day both days.
Friday, June 29: Pool will open to the public at approximately 2 p.m.
Saturday, July 14: Pool will open to the public at approximately 2:30 p.m.
