DASA Lends a Helping Hand
|

A team of nine employees from NC State’s Division of Academic and Student Affairs (DASA), led by Assistant Vice Chancellor Justine Hollingshead, traveled to UNC-Asheville to assist with hurricane relief efforts.

- The DASA Winter Social is set for Thursday, Dec. 12 from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. on the first floor of Park Shops.
- This year’s De-Stress Fest, presented by NC State Wellness and Recreation, features a variety of events for students, faculty and staff to de-stress and recharge during exam season. These events are hosted by several campus partners, including Campus Health, the Counseling Center, African American Cultural Center, Pride Center, Women’s Center and more.
- The final DASA Hours for faculty and staff with Vice Chancellor and Dean Doneka R. Scott is scheduled for Dec. 4 at 10:30 a.m.
- The NC State Libraries’ sensory-friendly maps offer a variety of spaces to study, take a break or get work done.
- WKNC, NC State’s student radio station, recently earned several International Broadcasting awards.
- The NC State community tells the story of 14-year Chancellor Randy Woodson, who is set to retire at the end of this school year.
