Annual Holiday Party Tomorrow Evening!
The Annual RVR Holiday party will be held at the Ranch House tomorrow evening, Saturday, Dec. 7. We invite you to stop by anytime between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. to celebrate the holiday season. When you arrive,
you will be given a name tag with a holiday sticker attached to it, your job is to mix and mingle and find the other guest with the matching sticker to win a prize!
*Guests are not required to bring their tickets or proof of registration to this event. 

Ranch House Early Closure

The Ranch House will close at 1p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7 to set up for the Holiday Party. Please plan accordingly.

2020 Budget Packets have been mailed

2020 Budget packets have been mailed out to members who did not pick up their packets at the Ranch House front desk. 
Please remember, ballots are due back by Monday, Dec. 16 at 5 p.m. to be counted.

Children's Holiday Party
Bring your children to the Ranch House for a festive event on Saturday, Dec. 14 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Parents can sip festive Poinsettia libations while little ones decorate cookies, enjoy holiday themed snacks and create memorable  greeting cards to cherish forever!

RVR Barn Holiday Event

Sunday, Dec 8 from 1p.m. to 4p.m. at the Old Thompson Barn
Come enjoy some nibbles & hot cocoa with shots of Marble
Distillery's Moonlight Expresso for the adults. Shop our local pop-up shops for that perfect holiday gift for all ages and get your complimentary holiday photo with High Country Photo Bus and Mt. Sopris as your backdrop.

Annual Meeting
A brief  and simplified version of the Annual Meeting will be held prior to the Board’s monthly meeting on Wednesday, Dec. 18 at 5:30 p.m. in the Ranch House Board Room. At this Annual Meeting, the results of the homeowners’ budget vote are announced and RVRMA members will have an opportunity for questions and comments.

Mail's Here

During the busy holiday season practice good postal etiquette and please check your mail box regularly. Remember that if you are heading out of town, you should put your mail delivery on hold.  You can do so on the USPS website by clicking here, or by completing a yellow "authorization to hold mail" form located in the mailroom.
'Tis the Season for Giving
Angel Tree
The Angel Tree project, put on by The Orchard, is back for the Holiday Season at the Ranch House. Pick up an angel tag from the Ranch House and drop off your gift before Sunday, Dec. 8

Holiday Baskets Program
The Holiday Baskets Program serves families in need from Aspen to Glenwood Springs. Pick up a tag from the Ranch House and drop off your gift before Sunday, Dec. 5. To adopt a family send email to rfvholidaybaskets@gmail.com

Tom's Christmas Door

Stop by the Ranch House and pick a key from Tom's Christmas Door, which has information about a Carbondale resident in need. Bring your unwrapped gift with key and tag attached to the Ranch House by Thursday, Dec. 12. Click here for more information. Contact Sidney Poncelet at sidney@sopris.net.

The Ranch House is now offering morning yoga with Erin Spiess on Mondays and Thursdays from 6:15 a.m. to 7:15 a.m.
