UCLA Law Comes Together for Fire Relief

What a difficult moment for our community and Los Angeles. I am proud of how we are responding, both in taking care of members of our UCLA Law community and looking to serve our city. Almost immediately, our students have volunteered to work with our local legal aid partners to provide pro bono legal support at FEMA recovery centers at UCLA Research Park and in Pasadena. Our faculty are looking to provide expertise on needed areas, including insurance, employment rights, tenant rights, consumer protection, and tax advocacy. And we have hosted a basic needs drive to help members of our community who have been impacted.
