Enjoy high‑energy slide dance lessons, inspiring showcases from Black artists, delicious food from Black‑owned businesses, rejuvenating yoga sessions, and a lively writing circle. Explore a guided Desegregation Wall tour and discussion, then unwind with hands‑on mindfulness activities—including coloring pages of influential African American figures, clay crafting, and friendship bracelet making. Throughout the event, discover the powerful impact African Americans have made across the arts, mindfulness practices, and yoga, and leave feeling inspired, connected, and uplifted.
