Loves About Brebeuf
I love that Brebeuf is a very loving and accepting community. I have established many strong relationships with my peers that will stick for years to come. Also, I am a fan of the free time that Brebeuf offers, as it has helped me with time management. The ability to become so close to teachers is a really unique aspect that Brebeuf offers. I am very glad that I have attended Brebeuf these last four years and believe it has shaped me into a well-rounded, dedicated individual.
Favorite Class
My favorite class this year is AP Microeconomics with Mr. Tague. The material is very interesting to me and Mr. Tague is an engaging teacher. I also enjoy Games with Nets as a fun and active way to end my day.
Future Plans
I plan to attend Indiana University and study Finance at the Kelley School of Business.

Random Fact(s)
I was born 8 weeks prematurely in Chicago, IL and tipped the scales at 3 lbs. I’ve gained a few pounds since.
I can identify the make and model of most every car on the road.
My favorite day of the year is Indy 500 Race Day.
What is your current favorite show or series on tv, Netflix, etc?
I recently finished watching Stranger Things, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The Office is also a favorite of mine.
If you could travel to any place in the world, where would you go and why?
If I could travel to any place in the world, I would go to England to attend a Premier League soccer match. I also think it would be cool to spend some time in Italy.
You are now in your final semester at Brebeuf Jesuit. Has that sunk in yet?
Senior year has gone quickly for me so far. With less than four months left until graduation, my hope is to make the most of the time I have left. I know I will be ready for college when the time comes, but for now, I am enjoying my last days as a Brebeuf Brave.
In what way have you changed the most since your freshman year at Brebeuf Jesuit?
Since freshman year, I have definitely become more mature and outgoing. I am not hesitant to meet with or even just talk with my teachers or other staff members during breaks. My faith has also strengthened, mainly due to my experiences at Kairos this year.

PSAT, SAT, and College Board Accomodations Request Information

In order to request accommodations for the ACT and PSAT/SAT tests, students must first have been receiving accommodations at Brebeuf for at least four months. Please note that receiving accommodations at Brebeuf does not ensure that ACT and College Board will approve accommodations for their tests. Individual requests must be made through both ACT and PSAT/SAT/College Board.
The request for PSAT/SAT/College Board accommodations will usually take place during the spring of a student’s freshman year in order for the student to have time to receive a decision by the time of the PSAT in October of their sophomore year. Parents can start the process by clicking here and submitting the signed consent form to Christina Rhodes, Director of Academic Counseling. Families must also submit the most recent psychevaluation form in order to complete the request. Once this has been completed, College Board typically makes a decision within four to six weeks.
The request for ACT accommodations will usually take place during a student's junior year, which is typically the first time students sit for the ACT exam. Students and parents cannot apply for ACT accommodations until they have applied to take the ACT exam for the first time.  The steps for applying for the ACT and then submitting the necessary information to Ms. Rhodes can be found by clicking here.
Parents will also need to submit a parent consent form to Ms. Rhodes, found here.
Once a student has registered for the ACT with accommodations, submitted the necessary information to Ms. Rhodes, and Ms. Rhodes completes the requests with ACT, a decision will be made within 4-6 weeks.
If you have any questions regarding the request for accommodations process, please do not hesitate to contact Christina Rhodes at crhodes@brebeuf.org or 317-524-7178.
