Upcoming Commercial/Industrial Marketing Exchange Features Navigating the Permitting Landscape & Associate Counsel with Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® for Commercial Forms Update
Tri-County Suburban REALTORS®’ Commercial Chapter will host its next Commercial/Industrial Marketing Exchange on April 10th in a hybrid format, in-person at our Malvern office, with a virtual option available via Zoom. This working session is designed to connect commercial real estate professionals, create opportunity, and keep members informed on key industry updates.
Featured speakers include Jim Sarro of Muhlenberg Greene Architects, along with Paul Schmoll and Matt Wojaczyk of Barry Isett & Associates, who will join live at 8:30 a.m. to speak about the commercial permitting landscape. Attendees will also hear from Kacy Clouser, Esq., Associate Counsel with the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®, who will provide an important update on recent changes to PAR Commercial Forms.
Beginning at
9:00 a.m., participants will take part in the Marketing Exchange, where commercial “haves” and “wants” are presented directly to practitioners. Whether you’re seeking a buyer or tenant, representing a listing or lease opportunity, exploring development prospects, or looking for financing solutions, this is a valuable forum to make connections and move deals forward. Members are encouraged to submit details in advance
