Hello Dunn County 4-H Families!
Happy Spring! I get energized this time of year from seeing the Spring and Summer projects start up. April brings the beginning of the Dog Project, Youth Equine Project, Shooting Sports, Dairy Judging, and the NEW Rabbit Agility Project. All projects are open to any member who meets the age criteria. If you have Cloverbuds who would like to attend to observe and learn, reach out to me or the project leaders and we can see if we can accommodate them. In addition to the project meetings, this month you will find information on:
|
- Project sign up deadline
- The 4-H Golf Classic
- County-wide programming needs assessment
- Adult awards
- Generation Celebration
- Robotics Rendezvous
|
Also, since it is April 1st, I put three April Fools jokes in the newsletter this month. I'm encouraging youth to read the newsletter to see if they can find the three fake programs or events. When they do, they can fill out the form to be entered to win a prize! Good Luck!

| We are happy to announce that 2026 camp planning is underway, but we need your help!
We are looking for camp chaperones. To make camp happen we need a 1:10 adult to youth ratio. We are looking for additional volunteers for base and outpost camp. Without enough adults to help supervise, camp can't happen.
Camp chaperones are used in a variety of ways and for different lengths of time. Please use this form to let us know your interest level in volunteering. If you're not available the entire time, or can't stay over night, that's ok! We'll still have a spot for you.
If you are interested, or would like more information, please fill out the attached form, or reach out to Zac.
Camp Dates: June 7-10
Base Camp- Sleeping in Staff Cabin
Outpost Camp- Sleeping in Tents
