Helpdesk Update: Request Support from Technology AND Other Departments
The Helpdesk app now allows you to request support from Technology AND other district office departments! Click on the Helpdesk app in Rapid Identity to submit help tickets for Curriculum and Instruction, the Office of the Superintendent, Multilingual Education, and Translation. When you choose a Category for your request, you'll see the option of these departments. More departments to be added in the future!
