Locating programs and activities in the online catalog
To make your registration experience more efficient, be sure to know where all of your programs are located in the online course catalog ahead of time.
Note: NESA's online course catalog is organized in the same categories and order as the Spring 2023 Program Guide. Some of the more popular programs like Clubs, Essentrics, Free Trial Classes, Pickleball, and Yoga have their own categories listed within the catalog.

Use only one device when registering
To ensure your online registration is not impacted by unnecessary lag, being subject to the risk of timing out, or being logged out because of multiple windows open, ensure to only use one device when registering.
Open only one window in one browser
If you experience a delay or lag in the course catalog opening or during your online payment transaction, do not open another window or browser as this will result in your session being terminated and you will have to start the registration process over.
Can't register for a program? Check your cart!
If you added a program to your cart but accidentally close your browser during your online registration experience, log back in and look at the top right corner for 'View My Cart' - if the program is still in the cart you do not need to add it again. If it is not there, search for the program again and select 'Register Now' to add the program to your cart.
