The Iowa Finance Authority (IFA) is sharing an update to the Idaho Housing and Finance Association’s (IHFA) Mortgagee Clause for homeowners insurance due to a recent change in IHFA’s PO Box number.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) made this change in mid-December without notification. IHFA became aware of the update late last week and is providing the corrected information below.

Please note that the underlined digit reflects the change to the PO Box number.

Please ensure this revised Mortgagee Clause is used for all applicable homeowners insurance policies going forward.

The Service Reference Guide has been updated to reflect this information.
