Eagle Families Webinar Series
Whether your Eagle is new to AU or is approaching graduation, we are here for you! The Eagle Family Webinar Series seeks to expose Eagle families to AU staff and resources that help families best support their students and facilitate ways for families and supporters to work in partnership with AU.Â

The Nest Network is designed to foster community, enhance family engagement, represent the interests of AU families, and support student success and the University. Together, we create an environment in which families can connect, discover AU, and contribute to the wellbeing of both students and families in partnership with the New Student and Family Programs team.
| |
We held a kick-off meeting during Family Weekend where we engaged in small group discussion (What successes has your student had so far at AU? What would you like to see regarding family engagement?) and generated some ideas on what families would like to see and participate in. We invite you to join in the conversation with us! Please complete the survey below to share your ideas with us, and we look forward to continuing the conversation during a winter virtual meeting (date coming soon).
Join the Nest Network and engage with AU to support your Eagle!

Did your student tell you about the Fall Concert featuring Flo Milli on October 24? Over 2200 student tickets have already been sold. Consider buying a ticket for your student and their guest for $10 per ticket today. Seats are limited.

Thank You From The Market
We at The Market want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the families who supported us during Family Weekend and in the days that followed. From generous donations during the food drive to the many Amazon Wishlist packages we've received, your support of The Market Food Pantry has been truly invaluable.
Your contributions help us make a real impact in the AU community, and we couldn't do it without you. Every contribution, big or small, makes a difference. Thank you for continuing to support us!
| |
If you haven't had a chance to contribute as yet, there are plenty of ways to support The Market! Donate through our Amazon Wishlist or make a monetary donation to help us continue providing essential resources to our students.Â
Together, we can work to make sure no student goes hungry. Thank you for supporting this vital cause!

President's Listening Session Recording
AU parents and families joined President Jon Alger for a listening session last month. Throughout the semester, President Alger is engaging in an active listening tour to learn more about the AU community by asking questions and soliciting feedback as he develops his vision for the university’s future.Â
President Alger gave brief remarks and parents and families shared their thoughts about what makes AU special and unique, and how we can build a stronger, better AU. Click the link to listen to the recording.
