Welcome      Grow       Serve      Celebrate

New every morning is your love, great God of light, and all day long you are working for good in our world. Stir up in us a desire to serve you, to live peacefully with our neighbors and all your creation, and to devote each day to your Son, our Savior Jesus Christ. Amen.
Staff work day at MadCAAP, Monday, Feb. 14.: 250 pairs of Bombas socks, 136 cans of soup, 42 jars of peanut butter and 2 hours of service….thanks Parkway Hills for being such a generous church. Reach out to a staff member and hear how you could aid MadCAAP in their clothing closet. Thanks to Susan Taylor for keeping the church office going for us so we could serve at MadCAAP.
PHUMC celebrated Souper Bowl Sunday, enjoying chicken tortilla soup and chili after Sunday service and collecting 136 cans of soup for MadCAAP food pantry.
The Bengals received the most soup-can votes as the team favored to win.
Food and fellowship are ways of celebrating at PHUMC.

Welcome, Jean Dunn!!

Jean showed out as Kitchen Coordinator in her debut at our Souper Bowl Sunday lunch.

Our next opportunity to gather will be tonight at 5:45, at our Celebrating a God who is LOVE meal and activities, and mark March 1 on your calendar for our annual Shrove Tuesday Pancake supper.

Please tell Jean how much we appreciate her service in this important work with our congregation. We invite you to welcome Jean to the position of Kitchen Coordinator and share your dreams and ideas with her over how we may continue the ancient practice of table fellowship and how we might welcome new faces to the table!  If you feel called to aid with our fellowship and outreach events, please let Jean know here.

The Galentine Swap was such a success!  Thirty-one PHUMC women participated as part of our Women's Ministry.
