NC State Choral Artists Prepare for Debut with ‘Considering Matthew Shepard’

On March 23, members of the NC State and Raleigh communities are invited to experience a Department of Performing Arts and Technology (DPAT) performance of “Considering Matthew Shepard.” This free production will herald the launch of a new program: the NC State Choral Artists.

- WKNC’s Local Lunch Live opens on March 20 at noon, and will run weekly for the next six weeks at The Corner on Centennial Campus. Bring your lunch or check out the food trucks.
- Join Wellness and Recreation and PNC Bank for the first Money Matters Challenge. Walk through two weeks of guided financial wellness activities that will boost your awareness and knowledge while gaining valuable resources. Register by March 22; three winners will be selected for a prize bundle!
- University Theatre’s Workshop Series has multiple events this week.
- Three exhibitions are open at the Gregg Museum of Art & Design: “Leading by Design,” “Selections from the Collections” and “The Art of John Mark Hall.”
- “Dominick Rapone: Nature’s Whispers” is open through April 22 at the Crafts Center.
- Remind your students that submissions for the Student Art Sale are due March 31.
