A new exhibition at the Gregg Museum of Art & Design, “Material Messages: the Tales that Textiles Tell” will open Thursday, March 21. It showcases the unique vocabularies crafted by textile artisans.
 
 
 
 
Technology Purchase Deadline

DASA Technology Services asks all units to work with their strategic partners to complete technology purchases by Friday, April 5, regardless of dollar amounts on the order. This will ensure time to receive any orders within the current fiscal year and aligns with the university’s purchasing deadlines.

  • Reminder: The end of the current fiscal year is fast approaching. March 29 is the due date for large purchase requests ($5,000 or more), and April 30 is the date for all other purchase requests to be initiated for the 2024 purchase requests.
  • Supervisors of SHRA employees should register now for Wolfpack Performance training, held on March 27, April 4 or April 8.
  • WKNC’s Local Lunch Live opens on March 20 at noon, and will run weekly for the next six weeks at The Corner on Centennial Campus. Bring your lunch or check out the food trucks.
