Make Sure to Bag Your TrashWhen loose trash and papers are placed in trash containers, it can create a nuisance, especially on windy days. In the process of emptying the containers into the trash trucks, loose trash and papers can blow into the neighborhood. To help keep our community clean, please bag your trash, particularly papers, before placing it in trash bins.

Snow Shoveling
Neither Jefferson County nor Ken-Caryl Ranch have an ordinance or rule requiring residents to shovel sidewalks, but both entities encourage citizens to shovel walks adjacent to their homes as a courtesy to their neighbors and for the safety of pedestrians. Please respect your fellow neighbors by shoveling when snow has accumulated.
