Mays & Schnapp Pain Clinic and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pain Management Physician. Candidate must have excellent clinical skills, as well as interpersonal skills, and be looking for employment in an outpatient clinic setting. There is also an ambulatory surgery center on site to work out of. This position requires a variety of clinical and technical skills including coordination, workup, diagnosis, treatment, management and follow up of pain patients. Clinic hours are typically 7:30am-5:00pm Monday – Friday. No hospital rounding or inpatient consults. No weekends or night call. About the practice
Together Dr. Kit Mays and Dr. Moacir Schnapp have created what is now the oldest and most well regarded pain management facility in the Mid-South, based on the belief that the best treatment comes from a multidisciplinary approach. In 1989, they were first accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facility (CARF). In 1993, the Mays & Schnapp Pain Clinic and Rehabilitation Center opened its current East Memphis location. The physicians’ private practice, physical therapy department and ambulatory surgery center are all in one location for the convenience of our patients.
