Creating a recruitment, screening, and hiring process that values diversity, equity and inclusion is an intentional effort that requires support. After the training you will have access to a Toolkit with practical tools to utilize during the process.

New Family & Child Care Resource

Lisa Eberle-Mayse is the new Child and Family Care Facilitator at Washington University.  In this role Lisa will support faculty and staff families in finding and maintaining the care they need for their family members. Knowing that those we love are safe and happy is the cornerstone of successful work-life balance, but it can be challenging to navigate the systems that provide this care.  Lisa will be able to help faculty and staff members utilize existing University resources effectively, as well as those in the broader community.  Lisa brings forty years of experience in early child care and education to this role-- she has been a teacher, child care center director and inclusion specialist.   You can reach Lisa by email at lisae@wustl.edu, or by phone at 314-935-3060.
