THDA offers various homeownership programs to assist Tennesseans of low and moderate incomes. Single Family Loan Program Reports discuss the different types of loans available, analyze the data and activities of THDA single family programs, and determine the economic impact generated through these programs.
Each quarter, THDA will release some key metrics on the state of the housing economy, incorporating a variety of data sources and approaches to consider important trends across the State of Tennessee.

THDA’s 2026 Housing Market at a Glance series offers housing partners an assessment of the biggest issues in the state’s housing market as well as where the state is headed over the next decade. In each of its five briefs, we dive into a key component of the housing market in Tennessee and break down its implications. For topline findings, please reference the Housing Market at a Glance Overview.
This series was released in February 2026 and uses the most current data available at the time.

Great Choice & HFA Advantage Operations Training

This training covers all the basics of the Great Choice Loan Program and is required for all newly approved lenders, as well as serving as a refresher course for experienced staff. Topics include Eligibility Criteria, Homebuyer Education Requirements, Rate Lock & Loan Submission, Underwriting, Closing & Funding Requirements, and processes for each. While this is a prepared presentation, we will still leave plenty of time at the end for questions.
