Irrigation Blow-Out Complete
RVRMA Maintenance crews have completed the irrigation blow-out process. So, if you have not done so yet, you may now erect your seasonal deer fencing. We also want to thank you all for supporting RVR's water conservation efforts this year. By installing the new irrigation controllers around the Ranch House, we saved over 20,000,000 gallons of water compared to last year's usage! We look forward to doubling our savings next year as the remainder of the new controllers will be installed by the spring of 2022
The irrigation team is proud to help lead RVR to a more sustainable future.
Your River Valley Ranch Irrigation Team,
Travis, Guillermo, Carlos, Devin & Rich

Events

Holiday Craft Fair
Please join us on Saturday, Nov. 6, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. for an RVR holiday craft event. We have 14 wonderful homeowners providing their creative gifts for purchase. We will have the bar staffed to sell beer and wine for folks to enjoy during and after shopping.
We are currently at capacity for vendors but we welcome everyone to stop by and shop for some truly beautiful and unique holiday gifts.

Reminders & Highlights

Compost Dumpster Removed
Please be aware that the compost dumpster located in the Ranch House parking lot has now been removed. We look forward to providing this helpful resource to RVR homeowners again next year.
Community Compliance
We would like to make the community aware that we have noticed some community violations including trash cans being left out and RV's being parked outside of homes overnight.
As a reminder, no RV’s, boats, and/or utility trailers may be parked in one's driveway or in the street unless in use and parking is only momentary.
Additionally, trash containers may be put out no earlier than 6 a.m. on the dedicated collection day and removed no later than 8 p.m. on the dedicated collection day.
Please be aware that we are monitoring these violations and plan to address them.

RVR Fitness Updates
We are happy to see so many of your smiling faces at the Ranch House enjoying our fitness program! We have seen an increase in overall fitness usage and many classes have waitlists and due to popular demand.
You will see an increase in group class sizes to 9 for HIIT, 11 for Spin, and 10 for all other classes. This allows us to accommodate more fitness enthusiasts, while still staying safe.
We are excited to add three new classes to the fitness schedule next week. We are in the process of adding additional classes and personal training.
Thank you for your patience over the next few weeks as we make these modifications!
