Between now and your NSC, our office will be sending more communication. It is crucial that you check your Texas A&M University email regularly in order to ensure you've met all of the university's requirements for orientation before your NSC.
We encourage you to log in to your Texas A&M Gmail account if you haven't done so. This will become your primary email account for communications from the University. Visit the Texas A&M IT website for more information on logging in to your Gmail account.

Bacterial Meningitis Immunization
|
Upload proof of your bacterial meningitis vaccination to MedProctor. If your current bacterial meningitis vaccination was administered prior to August 21, 2018, you will need to acquire a new vaccination. The meningitis vaccination deficiency hold will prevent you from checking in to your NSC and registering for classes, so it is imperative you fulfill this requirement as soon as possible and at least two weeks prior to arriving at your NSC.

| Frequently Asked Questions |
Can I change my New Student Conference Date?
You are required to attend the conference date for which you are registered. Students are not allowed to participate in a conference they are not registered for in advance. You can change your conference date as long as dates are available on the NSC registration website, accessible through the Applicant Information System (AIS). As conferences are filled, they are removed from the site and are no longer available due to capacity limits.
Students will not be forced into conferences to accommodate changes in their personal schedule due to work conflicts or travel. Appeals to change into a restricted or full conference are only granted for military orders, medical emergencies or extreme extenuating circumstances which students can substantiate with written documentation.
Appeals are submitted online via AIS by going to the “Contact Us” tab, clicking “Ask A Question,” selecting a subject type of “NSC Appeal” and completing the required fields.
