Dear Student,
We are looking forward to celebrating with you on Sunday! Details about Commencement can be found on the Commencement website but we are sharing a few reminders about what you need to do this week and where you need to be and when on Sunday!

Remember to complete your checklist items in SIS to be eligible to pick up your marching card.

Order your cap and gown at the bookstore
- Claim your complimentary lunch tickets by Monday, May 12

Review or update your diploma name and address in SIS; changes will not be honored after May 18

Claim your Commencement 2025 tickets. All guests and graduates are required to present a ticket for Saturday and Sunday events.
- Record your name as you wish it to be announced. Copy and paste the link under event notes on your My Commencement page in SIS (select graduation status after logging into SIS).

Reminders for Commencement 2025, Sunday, May 18:

Degree candidates should assemble in the alignment areas noted on their marching cards for Phase I. Marshals at the line up areas will be available to assist you. At 8:45 a.m., the Goddard Chapel bells will begin ringing, which is a reminder that the Academic Procession will begin promptly at 9 a.m. All candidates should be ready to begin when the bells stop ringing.
- Arts and Sciences Phase II department ceremonies will begin at 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Students should be at their venue line up areas 15 minutes before the ceremony start times to line up and begin their procession.
- Engineering undergraduate students will line up for their Phase II ceremony by major on the pathway behind Goddard Chapel no later than 11:20 a.m. to allow the event to begin promptly at 11:30 a.m.
