The Betty Endicott Scholarship is available to sophomores, juniors or seniors with a declared major in communication or journalism and a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Upperclassmen and graduate students who are Muslim or active members of the Muslim community can apply for a scholarship of up to $10,000.

Jake Sherman, B.A. ‘08, co-authored the book The Hill to Die On on the first two years of the Trump administration from the viewpoint of Capitol Hill. Sherman is a senior writer at Politico and co-author of the Politico Playbook newsletter. While at GW, Sherman was editor in chief of The Hatchet and held numerous journalism internships.
