Last week, dB Control announced it has been awarded two contracts worth a total of $10.8 million for millimeter wave microwave power modules and travelling wave tube amplifiers to support secure satellite communications. Our mmWave MPMs will be installed on military fighter aircrafts. And we’re  developing MPMs and TWTAs for the Advanced Extremely High Frequency System (AEHF) joint service satellite communications system. (Read the news release.)

Earlier this month, we announced a $12 million contract for high-voltage power supplies (HVPS) to support US and Foreign military missions using terrain avoidance radar in hostile environments. And an additional $1 million contract for custom high-voltage power supplies to support radar test and target systems in very harsh environments. (Read the news release.)

These $13 million contracts for HVPS are the largest awarded to dB Control since the company was founded in 1990. Add to that the $10.8 million orders for mmWave MPMs and TWTAs, and it’s safe to say dB Control is on a roll!
