Experiencing Financial Hardships Due to COVID-19?
The Richard H. Tyler Student Emergency Fund is intended to cover temporary costs that may hinder a student from succeeding academically or from meeting basic needs.
Traditionally students may only apply for assistance once per academic year but, due to the significant impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the federal government has provided additional funds for those demonstrating exceptional need and all students enrolled for Spring 2021 are eligible to apply at this time.

How are Things Going? Actually?
We ask, because we know the stress related to classes, finances, COVID, politics and protests can sometimes be overwhelming. We’re all feeling it.
Wildcats R.I.S.E. offers a safe place for you to connect with trained peers and talk about the stresses you may share. Connect in a group setting or in a on-demand, one-on-one consultation. It’s completely up to you.
Talking through stress helps, especially when you’re talking to people who get it. And, they totally get it. That’s why we thought you should know that you can now get support right when you need it, for free, from people who understand.
