For more than 20 years, we have served over 300,000 children, youth and their families in the Bayview, Fillmore/Western Addition and city-wide. We have created the MAGIC 2025 End of Year Report to highlight our work from this past year. You may view the report on our website, www.magic-sf.org or by clicking here for the PDF version. We would like to thank our partners for their ongoing support, and look forward to providing more MAGIC in the years to come!

For 20 years, MAGIC (BMAGIC & Mo’MAGIC) has been building partnerships to support youth and families in the Bayview and Fillmore neighborhoods by keeping kids out of the criminal system and connected to opportunity. From backpack giveaways to literacy workshops and job resources, MAGIC helps youth thrive. Support the mission.
Your generosity makes it possible for us to continue to financially host our events year-round.

The MAGIC Programs hosted another successful Black and White Ball, on Friday, February 27th at USF's Fromm Hall. This year, we celebrated the 100th Anniversary of Black History Month. Our youth did an amazing job in their performances, which included dancing, singing, and reciting poetry. We heard inspirational speeches from Public Defender Mano Raju, District 5 Supervisor Bilal Mahmood, Dr. Saidah Leatutufu-Burch, and Bayview historian Oscar James. Special thank you to Tanner Zion and Maziah Hamilton for being the emcees for the night, Malik Seneferu for the unveiling of his painting "The Great Migration", USF for letting us use their space, and to the Social Committee for planning this event out. We could not have pulled this off without all of you.

On Saturday, February 14th, we had the honor of participating in the 6th Annual Black History Month Parade in Bayview. We marched from the Ruth Williams Opera House to the Southeast Community Center, where organizations hosted resource tables and allowed the community to support local, Black-owned businesses. This event helped to create a safe, uplifting and culturally relevant space for all community members to celebrate Black History Month, and the MAGIC Programs look forward to participating in the years to come. Special thanks to @burgesevents for hosting another wonderful event!

On Thursday, December 18th, we partnered up with the Jewish Community High School to hold our annual Interfaith event.
