Hot Plate Brewing in Pittsfield is teaming up with nonprofit Latinas413 for Cinco de Mayo festivities. Hot Plate owners Sarah Real and Mike Dell’Aquila will host ¡Órale Chicanas!, and Biggins Diggins food truck will be parked outside, serving up tacos, burritos, and more. Latinas413 will be on hand with Hot Plate Brewing to celebrate authentic Mexican and Chicano culture through music, games, and more! More info

One of our favorite local musicians is performing at one of our favorite newly reopened music and food venues. Billy Keane will play at the Dream Away Lodge on Friday night. Berkshire Museum

Exhibition Opening

Berkshire Botanical Garden’s 2023 art season continues with Alchemy and Innocents, featuring works by Anastasia Traina in the Leonhardt Art Galleries, with an opening reception on Friday. A writer, director and artist, Traina illuminates the botanical world and its hidden creatures by building a Nouveau-Victorian landscape inhabited by magical insects and fauna placed into realistic natural backdrops. More info
