Nutrition Hacks for Busy Dons

Having an eating plan is no joke! Discuss approaches to eating, deciphering the nutrition label, and how to navigate the grocery stores to cook meals well. Attend this workshop with peer health educators at Health Promotion Services and take home a DIY spice blend and win an awesome raffle prize!

Voguing 101

Are you looking for a creative outlet and de-stressor after class? Express yourself through this dance class on voguing hosted by the Cultural Centers in the Koret Aerobics Room.
