Income Limits and Home Cost Limits Are Increasing June 15th!
We're helping you serve more homebuyers with our new income and home cost limits! Income limits for the following programs increased for loans locked on or after June 15, 2020:
Increased Start Up Acquisition Cost Limits Effective on June 15, 2020

The acquisition cost limit for Start Up have increased for loans locked on or after June 15, 2020:
  • 11-county metro area: $340,000
  • All other counties: $294,600
If you have clients that may qualify, remember to connect them to our participating lender partners.
Did You Know? Step Up Home Cost Limits Increased in February
In February we increased the Step Up purchase price and refinance loan amount limits above the Start Up limits, and we increased the limits for two-unit properties
