Take advantage of one of the outdoor pools across the YMCA of the Triangle from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. for members only and enjoy the unofficial last day of summer!

Enjoy our extended weekend pool hours! Our indoor pool is open Saturdays from 8 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. and Sundays from 1 - 4:30 p.m. Join us for Family Swim Sundays from 1 - 4:30 p.m. to enjoy the pool with other families.

Sept. 20 challenge your family to a Sunday of fitness where you can all participate! Cheer on your family members as they compete in a triathlon with their peers to swim, bike and run their fastest at the Ingram Family Y indoor facility. Enjoy a week of family-friendly fun and watch golf’s legends in action, all in support YMCA of the Triangle educational support programs. Members are invited to receive flu and COVID-19 vaccines at an immunization clinic hosted by Triad Care in the Small Group Fitness Room at the Ingram Family Y on Wednesday, Sept. 16 from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Enrollment is open for Y Health programs beginning in September. These physician-referred, evidence-based programs support individuals managing pre-diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer recovery, weight management and fall prevention—offering expert guidance and a community of peers. A doctor’s referral is required.
|

Falls Prevention Week is Sept. 21 – 25. Did you know falls are the second leading cause of unintentional injury death in North Carolina—and the number one cause for adults 65+. The YMCA’s Moving for Better Balance program helps those at risk stay steady and safe.

|
