What does it take to start your own business? Four College of Business students found out this summer through the Ford Entrepreneurial Internship, which places students in small businesses and organizations across Detroit to learn about entrepreneurship.
College of Engineering and Computer Science students demonstrated the creative side of engineering this summer as they introduced children and youth to music technology as part of The Henry Ford's "Tinker. Hack. Invent." series. 
Associate professor of science education Chris Burke has partnered with Neinas Elementary School in southwest Detroit, where College of Education, Health, and Human Services students learn lessons in sustainability.

University departments and units in need of financial help to purchase equipment or redesign work processes to solve ergonomic issues can receive up to $5,000 in MHealthy ergonomic grant funds. MHealthy's Ergonomics Awareness Team is now accepting applications.
