Important: Winter Welcome Forms
To help us prepare for your arrival we asked you to complete both the Winter Welcome Registration form and the Winter Welcome Arrival form by December 1. If you have not yet completed either of these forms, it is important to do so as soon as possible. The exchange advisors will be following up with students with incomplete forms this week. Please also sign the Exchange Experience waiver if you are interested in attending any free, off-campus programs during Winter Welcome or the spring semester.

Apply for your Student ID |
Submit an ID photo by Friday, December 13. You must submit a picture of yourself against a blank background, with no editing or filters.
Without a student ID, you will be unable to access Residential Life housing. You will also use your ID to access various buildings, access your meal plan, check out books from the library, and more. Learn more at Campus Card Services.

You are required to purchase a meal plan. WashU offers a wide variety of on-campus dining options and locations. Visit Dining Services to learn more about meal plans. Please note, the off-campus meal plan is only available to students living off-campus in Residential Life or non-Residential Life managed housing. The apartment meal plan is available to students living in apartments, Village East, and Millbrook.
During orientation, you will be provided with lunch and dinner as your meal plan is not active until January 10.
