Get ready for housing selection for the 2024–25 academic year!

The first part of the Housing Selection Application is now live in your Housing Portal. Please complete this part to update your contact information, sign your housing contract, and prepare your roommate profile.

Requirements to Participate

Endicott College provides housing for a total of eight semesters to undergraduate students. In order to qualify to participate in housing selection you must meet the following requirements:

You are enrolled as a full time student for 2024-25
You are currently living in Endicott provided housing OR are a study abroad/temporary commuter
You are financially cleared with the Bursar's Office
You completed your 2024-25 application

NEW: Junior Two-Year Placement Agreement

Rising Juniors* who select into off-campus housing at 41 Essex and 11 Abbott for the entirety of 2024–25 are eligible to be pre-placed before next year's housing selection in the following locations for the 2025–26 academic year:

Woodside
Williston
Farm
Ledge
Cliff
