Mayor's Summer Night Lights is Back!MSNL is back on Tuesdays, June 2-July 28, from 5:30-7:30 PM at various Clarksville locations.
Each evening, community partners will offer engaging activities, crafts, and games inspired by the weekly theme. Free meals will be provided by a City department while supplies last, and Teen Zone activities will be available for youth ages 11-17.

MSNL Dive-In MoviesMayor's Summer Night Lights presents Dive-In Movies that turn a summer pool night into a fun community experience with open swim followed by a movie at dusk under the stars.
Free swims start at 6:30 PM, and movies start at 8 PM. Entry will close once capacity is reached. Guests are encouraged to bring their own floats. Limited numbers available on-site. Open to all ages!

America's 250th CelebrationOur America's 250th Celebration will be July 3, 5 - 10 PM, and July 4, 7 AM - 10 PM in Downtown Clarksville! This two-day event will showcase a variety of entertainment for the whole family to enjoy.
Event highlights include a 5K Race, Patriotic Walking Parade and Costume Contest, Free Carnival Rides, a Free Patriotic Workout Class, Car Show, Hot Dog Eating Contest, Family Zone, Food Trucks, Historical Reading and Display, Live Music, Patriotic Trivia, Drone Show, Fireworks Display, Magic Shows, Vendors, Dance Performances, and much more!

Wonder Kids TriathlonJuly 25 | 9AM | Beachaven Pool & Barksdale Elementary SchoolThe Wonder Kids Triathlon is a fun, non-timed swim, bike, and run event for youth ages 3-12 that promotes fitness and good sportsmanship. Register by June 30th to guarantee your child's shirt size.
Age Divisions:
- Tyke (Ages 3-5): Swim 25m, Bike 0.25 Miles, & Run 100 Yards
- Junior (Ages 6-8): Swim 50m, Bike 0.50 Miles, & Run 0.25 Miles
- Senior (Ages 9-12): Swim 100m, Bike 1 Mile, & Run 0.50 Miles

Upcoming Historical ProgramsJune 10-12: Civil War Day Camp - This 3 day program at Fort Defiance offers ages 10-13 a hands-on introduction to the Civil War through interactive activities, guided exploration, and immersive learning. Activities will be led by historical interpreters, while campers explore Tennessee’s role in the conflict, and participating in activities such as making hardtack, exploring earthworks, and practicing period soldier drills. Pre-registration is required, and space is limited.
June 19: The Path to Freedom - This free, interactive Juneteenth experience explores the African American journey from enslavement to freedom. Visitors will experience a walkable timeline, hands-on activities, and connections to Clarksville’s local history, that encourages reflection, personal expression, and shared storytelling while exploring the meaning of freedom today. Registration not required.
