Member Memo - Sept. 17, 2019

ADA Compliant Websites

The recent news of lawsuits filed against New York wineries has caused our members to ask if they face any litigation risk if their websites are not ADA compliant? The answer is “most likely.”
Local Sonoma wineries are already being served with letters of intent. The Wine Road is here to help members navigate this confusing new legal territory.  We will be presenting and sharing tools and solutions that will help your winery become compliant to these standards. With a brief overview of options and best strategies going forward.
Meeting/Presentation - Friday, Sept. 27th 8:30-9:15 - Location TBD.  Please RSVP to beth@wineroad.com
We will most likely offer this again down the road, but we understand many of you are anxious to address this ASAP.
