Tufts Campus Life
student org fair Details
august 30, 2022
Hello Student Leaders!
I am writing today to share additional details about the 2022 Student Organizations Fair. This year's fair will be held in-person on the Academic Quad on Monday, on September 5 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. ET. Less than a week away!
Each organization will receive one full 6ft table with a blue table cloth, two folding chairs, and a sign with their organization name as it is listed below. The table cloth and sign are not to be removed from your table as they will be reused in future years. Organizations may be charged for any missing or damaged items.
Organizations will be setup alphabetically by organization name within each categorical section. Student organizations must remain at their assigned location - no swapping or moving tables is permitted. Organization leaders may arrive no earlier than 10:30 a.m. to setup their table. You do not need to check in. Simply proceed directly to your table.
The map below identifies each sidewalk location. This map is intended for internal, student organization leader use only. Should your organization want to share this event publicly, we ask that you please use the version of the map that is posted on the JumboLife event

If your organization does not plan to participate in the fair, please let us know by Friday, September 2 at noon.
Preparing for the Fair:
  • Schedule and reserve your GIM or other meetings on ReserveTufts in advance to be able to promote these dates to students during the fair. Spaces may be reserved beginning August 29, though they will not be confirmed until the first day of classes, September 6. As a reminder, only your organization’s dedicated ReserveTufts contact will be able to submit reservation requests.
  • Keep interactions brief to allow for as many students to visit your table as possible. Prepare a 15-30 second elevator pitch.
  • Have a display, such as posters or photos of past events and initiatives, to showcase your work.
  • Create a QR code that directs students to a Google Form. This can be used to collect names of interested students, or to allow students to sign up for your e-list and other resource
  • For both sustainability and health concerns, avoid having a paper sign-up sheet, or allowing students to share pens or laptops/tablets to sign up for e-lists and meetings.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at We look forward to seeing you soon!
