I'll be holding open my new listing both Saturday and Sunday this weekend. I've spent the last two weeks getting it ready. It's always been beautiful, but there's nothing like fresh paint, a deep clean, and stagers to make a place shine. The sellers and I pulled out all the stops. I found a cool old faux coal fireplace basket from a Maine antique shop to highlight the faux fireplace and my client stripped and stained the mantle. I dug up some building history too. Working with buyers is fulfilling, especially when you hand off the keys, but listing has a creative element that is completely engaging.
