Officially Underway: Spec Sheet Upgrades, New Revit Files, and BABA Verified!Our spec sheets now include ANP Lighting’s own proprietary ANP Module, which features a 90 CRI COB LED and a frosted, domed lens to reduce direct glare and hide the yellow COB for a pleasant non-illuminated form factor. The LED is IP66-rated and dims to 1%.

Employee Spotlight: Dulce Jimenez
Customer Service Team | 1 Year with ANP Lighting
Let’s shine a light on one of our rising stars—Dulce Jimenez, who recently celebrated her first year with ANP Lighting!
Dulce is a vital part of our Customer Service team, assisting customers and reps with everything from order questions and product details to drawings for architectural orders, estimated ship dates, packing slip requests, order processing, and RGA coordination. Her role keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes—and she does it all with warmth and professionalism.
Although Dulce came to ANP without a lighting background, she quickly found her place:
“My coworkers are amazing. I can ask a million questions, and they are always patient, helpful, and willing to teach me. My bosses are the best and the sweetest!”
Before joining ANP, Dulce built over 8 years of experience in manufacturing customer service, most recently at a drug testing manufacturing company, Hemosure Inc., where she also
handled logistics and buying. She holds an AA in Business Administration and Management from Rio Hondo Community College.
Outside the office, Dulce is all about making memories with her daughter—whether it’s a movie date or proudly cheering her on as a ballet-loving dance mom. She's also an avid reader and audiobook listener and recently dove into thrillers by Frida McFadden (thanks to a coworker rec!).
We’re thrilled to have Dulce on the team—her curiosity, work ethic, and positive energy make her a standout every day!

Celebrating 8 Years with ANP – Jeanette FleischhackerCustomer Service, Order Entry, Returns & More
We’re proud to celebrate 8 incredible years with one of the bright lights of ANP Lighting—Jeanette Fleischhacker, a cornerstone of our Customer Service team. From handling order entry, returns, and warranties, to managing freight damage and claims, Jeanette is a true behind-the-scenes hero.
But what really sets Jeanette apart is her deep-rooted passion for people—both inside and outside the workplace. With an impressive 30 years of experience in the lighting industry, including time spent with electrical distributors and lighting agencies, she brings unmatched insight and reliability to every customer interaction.
When asked what she loves most about ANP, Jeanette put it best:
“We are one big family. Everyone here—from my co-workers to my superiors and the owners—is very supportive. You’re always treated like an important and truly valued member of the team.”
Outside of work, Jeanette wears many hats—devoted grandma, sports fan, and animal advocate. If she’s not cheering from the sidelines at her granddaughters’ travel softball or flag football games, she’s volunteering at the local animal shelter, fostering homeless and stray kittens.
Let’s give a big shoutout to Jeanette—for her dedication, warmth, and the heart she brings to ANP every day.
