Dear Community,
How are you doing? There's so much going on.
I've been appreciating spending time looking out these huge half-shaped moon windows. They look over the San Francisco Bay from a new artist-in-residency I have at SHACK15 at the Ferry Building. The view has been inspiring, cathartic, rejuvenating -- like spring.
During the pandemic I started creating visual art (sculptures, photos, experimental film) aiming to articulate the unusual sense of perspective and time that these two years have instilled. I've been so invigorated working in new mediums. There will be an art exhibition of the work this fall. Read more here.
My team and I are also so inspired by the outcomes and desire from companies doing our Future of Work and Wellbeing program in this hybrid/remote world. We just released a new trailer about the program. There's also a full list of talks you can book here.
In this month’s newsletter, lots of art shows, books, films, podcasts, and experiences to check out to keep things blooming.
With love,
Tiffany

I'm in Conversation with Dr. Louanne Brizendine
this Weds. April 27, 7pm on the Female Brain age 40+
| |
I will be in conversation with neuropsychiatrist Dr. Louann Brizendine for the launch of her new book The Upgrade this Weds at 7 pm PT. This is an important new work about a woman's brain from 40 onward. Dr. Brizendine wrote the NYTimes bestseller The Female Brain 17 years ago, and this updated, fresh look at the new neuroscience around the female brain reframes menopause as a powerful new phase of life, showing how to best support the second half of life for women. It's fantastic. I have underlined most of the book. Every woman needs to read it. The Book Passage event will be at Dominican University on Weds. April 27, 7-8 pm. Tix information here and read an article about Dr. Brizendine's work here.
