• ORDER YOUR T-SHIRT(S)(and gift a few too!) before TONIGHT AT MIDNIGHT!  Every shirt purchased or gifted counts towards your student(s)' goals, so this is a great way to be generous AND help your student raise money!
• REGISTER YOUR STUDENT(S) for their FREE Fundhub Account (they get a free keychain just for registering even if they don't raise any money!)
• ACCESS OUR FUNDRAISING TOOLBOX for helpful resources to make your fundraising efforts succesful!
• CHECK OUT OUR WEBSITE for all the important Bolt Info including HOW YOUR COMPANY CAN MATCH YOUR STUDENT(S) DONATIONS!
• SIGN UP HERE to volunteer at the Bulldog Bolt Fun Runs at Sevier Park on Thursday, October 9, 2025. Any and all parents are invited and welcome to come cheer on the kiddos (even if you want to just be a spectator and not a volunteer)! Check out the grade-level schedule below and mark your calendars. 
  • 4th Grade: 8:25 am - 9:15 am
  • 1st Grade: 9:15 am - 10:15 am
  • 2nd Grade: 10:20 am - 11:20 am
  • Kindergarten: 11:20 am - 12:20 pm
  • 3rd Grade: 12:50 pm - 1:50 pm
  • 5th Grade: 1:50 pm - 2:50 pm
    

FUNDRAISER AT FONDA

Our friends at FONDA are BACK with this amazing fundrasier for the 2nd year in a row!  Join us on October 7th from 6:00 - 8:30 pm for a night of delicious food, festive drinks and a silent auction.  Tickets are $100 per person and we have a limited amount, so be sure to get yours quick!  CLICK HERE to purchase.  This is an adults-only event so be sure to book those babysitters (might we recommend the Wyndy app giveback?). 

We'll be adding a silent auction this year with lots of incredible items up for grabs, and if you or your business would like to donate an item, please let us know by contacting waverlybelmontptopartner@gmail.com and we will send all the info you need!

PTO @ TOUCH OF BREWS 

WB PTO will have a booth in the Kid Zone section at Touch of Brews this year from 11am-5pm in Sevier Park!  There will be arts & crafts activities for the kiddos plus a photo op with Belmont the Bulldog!  Donations made at the booth will go directly towards the overall Bulldog Bolt fundraising goal.  WB families and friends can purchase tickets through this designated ticket link and a portion of the proceeds will also go towards the Bulldog Bolt, so please share it with anyone who is planning on attending! (Note: Kids under 12 are free.)

NSC X WB SOCCER NIGHT

Nobody does community spirit like Nashville Soccer Club!  Come cheer on the boys in gold on September 27th as they play Huston Dynamo at GEODIS Park. Tickets are $25 each and NSC will donate back $5 of each ticket sold to the WB PTO!  If we are the school that buys the most tickets that night, we will earn a visit from Tempo the Coyote!
