Advancing Truly Sustainable Diets Requires a Four-Pillar Approach
The "Leading A Sustainability Transition In Nutrition Globally" (LASTING) Project aims to produce evidence-based recommendations, methods, and metrics for integrated sustainability assessment of dietary patterns. This lecture will give an overview of the LASTING Project led by Dr. Nicole Tichenor Blackstone at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts.
